This individual will represent our dealership by directly dealing with customers. Primary Responsibilities: • Greet customers on the service drive • Write estimates for customers • Communicate with customers one-on-one concerning vehicle repair or service • Monitor progress and completion of vehicles, ensuring proper repair and service is followed • Check customer vehicles for quality repair/service once work is completed • Maintain a clean and orderly work station • Follow up with the parts department to ensure vehicle parts are available • Maintain contact with customer during entire repair/service period Requirements: • Meet the above requirements for employment • Experience as a service advisor • Maintains good relations with other departments' associates • Maintain good relationships with customers in order to build a loyal customer clientele • Skilled communicator who demonstrates unique and exceptional customer service skills • Superior work ethics - positive and energetic • Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles • Valid driver's license • Professional appearance at all times • Well-versed in vehicle makes and models • Ability to multi-task • Understanding of dealership computer systems Required Education: • High school diploma or the equivalent Why do you want this job? • Unrestricted earning potential while providing an extremely generous compensation program in combination with industry leading benefits • Long tenure of current employees • Opportunity for advancement in one of the largest automotive groups in Texas • Five day work week We are an equal opportunity employer committed to a drug-free work environment.
